Our Philosophy…
We started our careers building websites and researching the Internet, but we learned quickly that getting people to the Website (and converting them into the business) was more important than just having a website alone or just posting online.
Success is measured in different ways, based on different objectives of the “vision”, and the “mission”. Sometimes, making money is not the primary objective, which is true for both businesses and people. While money is an important component of any system, it is more important to define your own success.
For us, revenue is a goal/metric, but we realized money is not my ultimate goal, or measure of success. For us, we felt sharing information is important, that relating to other people (and the world) is important, and turning empathy into action is also very important. So, while we realized money is a part of the relationship of making it all happen, our priorities are based on my values of Community, Connection, and Compassion.
